Design System for Electronic Tale Book with Creative Activities to Enhance Creative Thinking of Elementary Students

Abstract

The purposes of this research were to : 1) To study opinion of the experts about design system for electronic tale book with creative activities to enhance creative thinking 2) To improve design system for electronic tale book with creative activities to enhance creative thinking 3) To study the result of using design system for electronic tale book with creative activities to enhance creative thinking 4) To present design system for electronic tale book with creative activities to enhance creative thinking of elementary students. The subjects consisted of twelve specialists in design and development, electronic book, children’s literature and creative thinking and thirty elementary students that tried out electronic tale books which were designed and developed them by ten undergraduate students in computer based educational printed material production subject. Instruments in this research consisted of creative test, specialist interview form, attitude questionnaire, design system for electronic tale book with creative activities to enhance creative thinking. The data were analyzed by average, standard deviation, and t-test. The results of this study in objective 1-2 revealed the specialists of design system for electronic tale book with creative activities to enhance creative thinking consisted of seven elements: 1) motivation 2) objectives 3) contents 4) learner 5) instructor 6) product 7) evaluation and six steps : 1) preparation 2) analysis 3) design 4) development 5) implement 6) evaluation. For other objectives, they are in process.
