Abstract
This thesis presents a novel speech application on the Mobile Devices. Traditional speech interfaces such as Apple Siri and Google Voice Search cannot directly handle system setting on the mobile devices. Therefore, this thesis presents a friendly user interface based on a voice-controlled API. The proposed method can simplify user manipulation on the mobile device.
