System of World Coordinates on the Basis of Extreme Dynamic Equilibrium – Link between Natural and Artificial

Abstract

Artificial formations are often created in arbitrary manner, but in complexity world it is very dangerous. All artificial formations must be organized like natural formation, their rhythms, principles, patterns. All these formations must be connected with system of world coordinates on the basis of extreme dynamic equilibrium. Any interaction a natural and artificial formation with the coordinate system is based on the fact that all these formations are converged to the three ultimate fundamental equilibriums: identification, communication-network, complete existence period of a natural formation. However, they never reach these limits. 1. Any natural and artificial formations from the spheres of non-living, living and spiritual tend to self-identification. 2. All these formations tend to be the most complete and a reach at stable equilibrium with its environment. 3. The full lifetime of its formations can be determined only from the point of view of the neighboring natural levels and unattainable from within natural formation. Coordinate system is creating by a specific natural and artificial formation, through that part of the energy that they can be balanced. There are emerge cells of the dynamical equilibrium ("cells interaction") common to the formations and to the coordinate system, which is characterized by the spatial location, time and structure. The world coordinate system is more universal method of the interaction between natural and artificial formations having a tendency to self-development and dialogue.
