Abstract
Motivation of topic: The issue of couple relationships represents a benchmark topic in everyday life. Regarding this case, it hides behind the usual couple difficulties, a deviation from normality, migrating to intra and inter personal dynamics pathologicalization. Thereby, pathology of the patient in question can be explained by the effect of potentiating disharmonic personality structure of the conflict marked the couple relationship. Objectives: The present paper aims to analyze the impact that a dysfunctional couple relationship may have on the individual preexisting vulnerability and especially, to what extent the dynamics of the couple can cause pathologicalization individual functioning. Hypothesis: Patient's symptoms are the result of an accumulation of endogenous and exogenous factors. Particular mental functioning, pre-psychotic and pre-morbid personality with histrionic notes were enhanced by the relational context, reaching beyond the boundary of normality. Thus, current symptoms offer indications of delusional disorders. Methodology: clinical interview (psychiatric and psychological perspective), discourse analysis. Rezultats: This paper attempts to provide a coherent perspective on a story as with many unknown elements. The approach taken was one to elucidate the psychological mechanisms involved and their pathogen potential. Patient symptoms were analyzed in close connection with the current life context, to understand the importance of each factor involved, over the present issue. Conclusions: The impact of a particular interpersonal relationship can have on an individual is, in some cases, surprisingly. For the present patient, couple relationship seems to be the trigger of his pathogen potential.
