Abstract

This research study focused on the impact of the course Professional Salesmanship on the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management. This is a program that produces well-rounded, globally competitive graduates equipped with the knowledge to cover specific areas in marketing. The program covers areas including professional salesmanship and sales management. This study helped the students recognize selling as a career. Making them realized the participation of each element in getting the desired output in the sales organization. This study is to determine the impact of a course on the economic life, which can be considered as the economic value of an individual's life, which can be calculated by considering one’s yearly income. This study led to Holistic Student Development in school education. It refers to an approach that seeks to foster all aspects of a child’s progress and well-being. It emphasizes students’ physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and moral growth. The key features of holistic learning include educating the whole student, viewing students as part of the whole, embracing a caring classroom culture, and engaging in experiential learning. The research employed a quantitative research methodology with a descriptive approach to investigate the impact of the course Professional salesmanship to the economic life of the BSBA Marketing Management students. This method allowed the analysis of statistically significant relationships and generalized findings on their perceptions and engagement. To achieve this, a rigorously designed survey will be administered, containing a combination of closed-ended and Likert-scale questions.
