Abstract
Institutional supports to lecturers/staff play a very important role in increasing the job performance. These supports include the availability of job resources (supervisor support, peer support, the conducive and harmonious environment-working atmosphere, and lecturer/staff's autonomy in completing tasks and making decision). This descriptive study aims to find out the relationship and the influence between the job resources and job performance of Universitas Terbuka's lecturers. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. A survey was conducted among Universitas Terbuka's faculty lecturers. The results showed that job resources have no significant relationship with the job performance.
