This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the http://esp-pro.pnru.ac.th knowledgebase of lessons and exercises of grammar, employed to enhance the grammar competence of the students. The objectives of this research were to 1) develop grammar competence by using knowledgebase for Bachelor of Education (English) students, 2) compare achievement score before and after using knowledgebase by taking English grammar pre-test and post-test and 3) assess satisfaction towards knowledgebase in aspect of content and technology. The sample (experimental) group was one classroom comprising 27 first year Bachelor of Education (English) students selected by purposive random sampling, whilst the control group was the other section of 23 students studying in the same subject. The research instruments were the http://esp-pro.pnru.ac.th knowledgebase, the 10 sets of English grammar test which were used to assess achievement before and after the study, the task sheets which indicated the navigations linking to the foreign websites, and the satisfaction assessment questionnaire in aspect of the content and the technology. The data were statistically analyzed using the mean (X) and t-test. The findings of the research were as follow: 1) the learners’ achievement scores after using the knowledgebase were higher than before using the knowledgebase at the level of p-value 0.0015 statistically significant and 2) the satisfaction towards the knowledgebase was at the most level in overall both in aspect of content and technology with the mean of 3.75 and 3.64 consecutively. This insightful information should be used in future learning management.
