The Leadership of Principal in Space Managementprincipium and Pattern


The leadership of principal in space management is a new theory of education leadership. It is rapid development in the promotion of academic research in the new theory. The paper provided the principium and pattern of the leadership of space management to the principal in the school education reference. There are four topics in the space leadership of the principal. First, the principal must be shaping space vision. Second, the principal have to build a good educational space. Third, the principal should construct the space which integrated into teaching. Fourth, participants who are students, teachers and staff should join together and establish influence of the school environment. The new topic will lead the process of school space and educational development to a new method. There are also six patterns in the current situation of the school. They are team cooperation, guiding by vision, overall planning, innovation management, sustainable development and participated in every stage. The modus of the leadership in space management is listed as follows. They are spatial planning to improve education, increase curriculum development, leading teaching innovation. Improving learning resources, promoting administrative reform and broadening the community relations. Decorating of the school space which can be influenced the education of the school. The principal can lead the educational innovation and development by space planning and design.
